Carole Hawks, age 72 of Jackson, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010 in Jackson, TN.
She is survived by two children, Cliff (Jacque) Hawks of Nashville, TN and Tyler Hawks of Humboldt, TN; a brother, George (Judy) Proctor of San Francisco, CA; two sisters, Rosemary Hamilton of Nashville, TN and Martha (Bill) Halstead of Greensboro, NC.
Mrs. Hawks was preceded in death by her father, George Proctor; mother, Mary Erwin James and stepfather, John James.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the First United Methodist Church of Humboldt, TN.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Humboldt, TN.
