She was born on December 13, 1929 to the late Jessie Teague and Emma Jordan Teague. She was married to James Sidney Maroney, Sr. who preceded her in death in 2014. She was a long time active member of Clover Creek Baptist Church, Medon, TN.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Holder (Jerry) of Hendersonville, TN and Marcie Willis of Jackson, TN; one son, James Sidney Maroney, Jr. of Sequim, WA; five grandchildren, Bryan Hopper, Lindsay Prather, Matt Holder, Taylor Willis and Sydney Willis; and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 11 am - 1 pm at George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel with funeral services following at 1 pm. Burial will follow in Clover Creek Cemetery.
