Dr. Conrado Sengco Sioson Sr.

Funeral mass will be conducted on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 1 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Fr. David Graham officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Dr. Sioson was born on July 31, 1920 in the Phillipines to Procopio and Arsenia Sengco Sioson. He is the eldest of ten children and grew up in Malabon, Rizal. He graduated medical school from the University of Santo Thomas in 1953 and practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology until his retirement in the United States in 1987.

Dr. Conrado is survived by his wife, Dr. Pelagia Bayani Sioson of Jackson. They celebrated 59 years of marriage last January. He will be dearly missed by their children, Dr. Priscilla Sioson-Aherrera, Dr. Patricia Maser, Dr. Conrado Jr. and Pamela, but preceded in death by his daughter the late, Dr. Pauline Sioson-Reyes; in- laws David Aherrera, Dr.Jami Reyes, Dr.Maryanne Rodriguez, and Dr.Eric Maser; grandchildren Hannah and Patrick Aherrera, Jeanine and Jonathan Reyes, Miguel and Nicole Sioson, and Max Maser. The family is very grateful to have been able to celebrate his turning 90 last July 2015 with relatives and special friends .

Dr. Conrado (Lolo) was very much loved by his extended Filipino family in Jackson, Tennessee.

May he rest in peace with the Father in heaven.

The family will receive friends at two periods of visitation, the first, Saturday, February 13, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. and the second, Sunday, February 14, 2016 from 5-9 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel.
