Eric was born on March 25, 1958 in Jackson, TN, the son of the late James and Velma Leonard. He worked as a security guard in Jackson with MaxxGuard and MurrayGuard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a great niece, Morgan Mobley.
He is survived by his brother, James Leonard (Bobbi) of Jackson; his niece, Jamie Mobley (Joshua) and their son, Weston; and two cousins, Rosie Dallas and Patty Edwards.
A graveside service to celebrate Eric's life will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 12 p.m. at Ebenezer Cemetery in Malesus with Bro. Stan Griffin officiating.
