Mr. Floyd D. Dennison, age 87 of Jackson, TN, passed away on May 6, 2014 at his residence in Jackson.Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 11 a.m., in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons Funeral Home, with Interment to follow with military honors in Brown's Church Cemetery in Madison County.Bro. Dennison was born on December 31, 1926 in Dexter, MO to the late Nicholas David and Freda Jennings Dennison. He was a retired Baptist minister and is a member of Faith Baptist Church in Jackson.He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Katherine Duke Dennison of Jackson, TN; daughter, June Dennison James (Robert) of Jackson, TN; brothers, Curtis Dennison of Humboldt, TN and James Dennison of Jackson, TN; and two sisters, Narcia Alderson of Jackson and Patricia Chamberlain of Milan, TN.Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 4-8 p.m., in the North Chapel of George A.
