He was preceded in death by his parents Texie Mae and Valentine Feyrer as well as his brothers Valentine W., James R., and Charles O..
He is survived by sons Frederick and Jess.
Frank grew up in Las Cruces, New Mexico and joined the Navy after high school graduation. He was proud of his service during the Vietnam War and left with lifelong skills and knowledge.
Frank was a master craftsman and his works reflected his skill and ingenuity. He was a hard worker with many interests including motorcycles, old cars, jewelry making, fishing, hunting, and bird watching. He was a source of strength and encouragement to his family. His charming manner was often noted. He was a Christian and a member of Haltom Chapel church.
