He was born on March 20, 1939 in East Chicago, Indiana to the late Harold F. Bremer and Helen J. Bremer of East Chicago, Indiana. He was a Shriner and a Mason. He loved sports, bowling was his favorite to play and he won many tournaments. The Chicago Cubs were his all time favorite to watch.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shelby Clem Bremer; two daughters, Jackie (Bremer) Lee and family of Florida, Terri (Bremer) Brewer and family of Washington, two sons, Mark Bremer of Florida, and Chris Bremer of Jackson, TN.
Funeral services for Mr. Bremer will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 1 p.m. from George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel with burial following in Ridgecrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening, February 14, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the North Chapel.
