Jacqueline Thompson O'Keeffe

Mrs. O' Keeffe was born on January 7, 1933 in Jackson, TN to the late Dr. John R. and Lena Wilde Thompson, Jr. She was a graduate of Jackson High School and graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University, and received a Master of Library Science from Louisiana State University. She was a member of St. Pius Catholic Church in Corpus Christi, Texas, the Symphony Guild, Bishop's Guild, AAUW, and DAR.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. O’Keeffe is preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. O’Keeffe.

She is survived by her son, John O'Keeffe of San Antonio, TX; daughters, Caroline Lindner (Dave) of Marietta, GA, Katherine Angerstein (Rob) of Victoria, TX; Grandchildren, John Hollis O'Keeffe, Michael O'Keeffe, Nadia Lindner, Max Lindner, Alex Angerstein, Nicholas Angerstein; Cousins, Jack Manhein (Charli) of Jackson, TN and Jere Manhein (Louise) of Bolivar, TN.

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. O'Keeffe will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson. Interment will follow the service. No visitation will be held at the funeral home.
