James was born December 5, 1964 in Paris, TN to the late Thomas and Moody Johnston Hubbard.
James resided at the Second Chance/ New beginnings, a division of The Lamont Ingram Developmental Organization facility to receive rehabilitation services. He was a kind and loving individual. James loved motorcycles, reading books, comedy, westerns, and country and gospel music. His favorite colors were blue and black.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wendell Hubbard.
He is survived by his brothers, Ronnie Hubbard and Mike Hubbard; his nephew, Thomas Hubbard; his caregivers, Lakisha Ingram and Lamont Ingram and his best friend, Donald “Turtle” Arnce.
A service to celebrate the life of James Hubbard will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend.
