Randy was born on January 20, 1962 in Jackson, TN to the late Kavanaugh Buford and Mildred Anne Loyd Pittman. Randy was a devoted husband, father, and friend. With humor and resolve, Randy prioritized his family in all that he put his hands to. His kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit imparted grace to those around him. His example has had a lasting impact on his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife, Gayla Pittman of Jackson; sons James Pittman Jr (Megan) and Cory Pittman (Amanda); his grandchildren Julian, Iela, Hazel, and Lucy; and siblings Danny (Carol), Donald, and Nancy.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, August 20, 2022 from 1-2 p.m. at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m.
