She was born on August 28, 1950 in Houston, TX to the late Wade and Virginia Beckman.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, John March of Jackson; son, Nicholas March of Jackson, Clay Avent of Shelbyville TN, Casey Avent of Hastings MN, and Andrew March of Jackson; and five grandchildren.
Funeral services for Jan will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 1 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel with burial following in Ridgecrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel.
