

She was born on February 5, 1948 in Gibson County, TN, the daughter of the late Clarence Elmer and Thelma Williams Kyle. She was a teacher early in her career but most recently was a real estate property manager. She attended Gibson County Schools and graduated from Lambuth College. She and her husband loved to travel with their friends all over the world. She was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and Dwight Yoakam.
Judy was also a dedicated member of the Carl Perkins Exchange Club and attended First United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Saul Marshall Fram, MD; and her siblings, Elmer Lee Kyle, Christine Kyle, George Kyle, Aubrey Kyle, Clarence O. Kyle, Bobby Kyle, Jere Kyle, and Sylvane Kyle.
She is survived by her brother, Winston Kyle (Glenda) and sister, Thelma Kyle Trout; and serveral nieces and nephews.
Visitation with Friends and Loved Ones will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 1-3 p.m. at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m.
A committal service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Ridgecrest Cemetery.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Carl Perkins Exchange Club.
