

Karl Joseph Yodushock was born in Cadogan, Pennsylvania on January 6, 1937 to his parents Joseph Lawrence Yodushock and Helen Albina Perdos Yodushock . He passed away on May 17, 2025 in Jackson, Tennessee.
Karl was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. He graduated with the class of 1955 at Ford City High School in Ford City, PA. He attended Penn State and Indiana Tech, graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering. Karl worked for the Tennessee Department of Transportation as a highway civil engineer for over 40 years. He was a proud member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Jackson. Karl was a Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan, and really enjoyed watching Penn State Football. His children and grandchildren were his whole world. He will be remembered for his humor, intelligence, and generosity.
Karl is survived by his sons, Joseph Lawrence Yodushock (Shanna) and Justin Eugene Yodushock, a daughter Vivian Albina Blackwell-Yodushock (Dale); grandchildren Hailey, Janna (Jay), Dylan, Katelynn, and Blake Yodushock, Madelyn (Tyler) Batey, William and Sidney Blackwell, and Harper and Caylem; and his great-grandchildren Lillian and Layla Batey. He is preceded in death by his son Vincent Michael Yodushock (Stephanie).
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 23, 2025 beginning at 1:00 pm at St. Mary's Catholic Church. The funeral mass will follow at 2:00 with Fr. Jonathan Perez officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
