

William Larry Warmath, lovingly known as Larry, passed away peacefully on January 22, 2025, in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 86. He was born on April 28, 1938, in Jackson, where he spent his life building meaningful relationships and dedicating himself to his family and community.
Larry worked as a general laborer, contributing his skills to various jobs throughout his career. He found joy and purpose in hard work and valued the connections he made along the way. A devout member of Englewood Baptist Church, Larry’s faith was a cornerstone of his life, offering him strength and guidance.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Bonnie Wilson Warmath; children, Barry Summer, Diane Hunt, Greg Shackelford, Joe Allen Oakley, Julie Knupp, and Stephanie Johnson; and seven grandchildren.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Gertie Warmath, and his brother, Robert Warmath.
Larry’s kindness, work ethic, and devotion to his family and faith will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His life was a testament to love, perseverance, and unwavering faith.
A service to celebrate the life of Larry Warmath will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 in The Chapel at Englewood Baptist Church. Family and friends are cordially invited to attend.
May he rest in peace and find eternal comfort in the arms of his Savior.
