Linda Sue Bishop Baker

She was born May 22, 1957 in St Louis, MO to Bobby Dale & Patsy Young Bishop. She was a member of New Covenant Pentecostal Church in Medina, TN and was a teacher for the Jackson-Madison County School System for 26 years.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Lee Baker I and her father, Bobby Dale Bishop.

She is survived by her mother; daughters, Ruth Ann Calkins (Gregg) and Melissa Dawn Vermillion (Vincent); son Roger Lee Baker II (Lindsey); Grandchildren, Aleah Johnson (Nathan), Peyton Durham, Isabel Gates (Colton), Amy Calkins, Elanna Vermillion & Issac Vermillion; Great Grandchild, Everleigh Gates; Sisters, Brenda Bishop & Sharon Presson (Blair); Brothers, Tim Bishop (Kim) & Danny Bishop.

The family will receive friends and loved ones at a visitation on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 9 - 11 am with the funeral at 11:00 am. The visitation and funeral will be held at New Covenant Pentecostal Church, 249 Market Avenue in Medina, TN. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson, TN.
