Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 1 p.m. in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with Bro. Mark McSwain officiating. Burial will follow on Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Scotts Chapel Cemetery.
Lloyd was born on February 18, 1951 to Dorothy Adams Dixon and the late J.P. Sterling.
Other than his mother, Mr. Sterling is also survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Debbie Sisco Sterling; daughter, Tammy Elaine Sterling (Andy); son, Kevin Wayne Sterling (Angie), all of Jackson; 1 sister, Diane Conger of Erin, TN; 1 brother, Mark Sterling of Greenville, SC; 4 grandchildren, Brandon Jones, Natalie Jones, Tyler Sterling, Austin Sterling; and 1 great-granddaughter, Hallie Jones.
A visitation with the family will be held on Monday March 23, 2015 from 5-8 p.m. at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons.
