

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel, with Dr. Phillip Jett officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday January 11, 2011 from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. and on Wednesday at 1 p.m. until the time of service.
Lucienne was born in 1926 to the late Mr. Louis Jean and Mrs. Blanche Maria LeBarbier in Normandy France and was raised in St. Malo Brittany France. Lucy came to America by boat in 1947 when she was 21 years old to marry Johnny T. Davis, an American soldier, whom she met while he was serving in France during WWII.
He preceeded her in death after 49 years of marriage. Also preceding her in death were her brothers Robert LeBarbier and Louis (Petite Louis) LeBarbier.
Lucy and Johnny were blessed with three sons, Steve Davis (Sandy), and twins Ray Davis (Judy) and Robert Davis. She also leaves behind Linda Davis, eight grandchildren, Brian Davis (Lee), Ben Davis (Liz), Stephanie Lovelace (Zach), Julie Talley (Brad), Lauren Sundy (David), Amber Browning (Brandon), Wesley Davis (Shay), and Summer Davis. Also eight great grandchildren Brilee, Preslie, Brantley Kate, Brice, Brooklyn, Hallie, Jack, and Hayes. Additionally she leaves Pou Pee', her Boston Terrier, whom she cherished, several nieces and nephews and a special sister-in-law Wynell Smith and her husband John Smith. Also, Bob LeBarbier, Anita Houssais, Jacques LeBarbier, and Isabelle Gaudry, her beloved family in St. Malo and Paris France.
