Luis Enrique Cacmacho, age 25, of Greenfield, TN, passed away on August 25, 2014 at his residence in Greenfield, TN. A memorial service for Luis will be held at a later date. Luis is survived by his parents, Antonio and Ilka Camacho of Greenfield, TN.
