Neil was born on January 24, 1929 in Paducah, KY to the late J.J. and Maude Malone Etheridge. He was an organ salesman for Jaco’s Music Store for 28 years, and retired from WalMart. Neil was a member of North Jackson Church of Christ
He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Adams Etheridge and daughter, Linda Etheridge.
Neil is survived by his son, John Etheridge (Susan) of Jackson; and grandchildren, Skylar, Katie, and David Etheridge and Raquel Borges.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday morning, March 15, 2016 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel with David Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.
