Patricia Ann Hammett

Funeral services for Patricia Hammett age 75 of Bartlett, TN will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, July 10, 2015 at George A Smith and Sons North Chapel Jackson, TN with Dr. Ben Wilkins officiating. Pat left her earthly home for her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 7, 2015.

She was born on March 5 1940 in Finger, TN to the late Charles McKenzie and Amanda Justine Trobaugh. She married the late Billy Ted Hammett on April 2, 1960. They renewed their vows on March 20, 1998. Pat was a member of Ardmore Baptist Church of Memphis, TN where she taught Sunday School. She retired from the US Attorney's Office in 2000 after more than 25 years service.

Pat is also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Valeria Lynn Hammett.

Pat is survived by two daughers, Cathy Escue (Greg) of Bartlett, TN and Cynthia Everett of Bartlett, TN; three grandchildren, Candice Everett, Rachel Escue and Justin Escue; a great grand daughter, Camryn Milka; three sisters, Gloria Cook, Peggy McDaniel, and Carol Smith; and one brother, Jerry McKenzie (Diane).

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 5 pm until service at 6 pm at the North Chapel.
