Peggy Joan Rasberry

She was born on December 7, 1939 in Memphis, TN, the daughter of the late James Pierce and Lurlene Lowe Stallings. Peggy graduated from Delta State University, and worked as a teacher in several states, a sales associate at Parks Belk, and a bookkeeper at both Tuck's Paneling and for Dr. Berry Glenn.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe T. Rasberry, and her first grandson, Thomas Howard "Howie" Rasberry.

She is survived by her children, Joan Carnera (Doug) of Virginia, Donna Michelle Richardson of Jackson, Joe Rasberry of Memphis, and Kevin Rasberry (Debra) of Jackson; Grandchildren Michelle Lee (Joe), Samantha Carnera, Brooke Carnera, Annabelle Rasberry, Andrew Rasberry, Jenna Richardson, Charlie Rasberry, Sidney Rasberry, and Cate Rasberry. She was great grandmother "GG" to Karlee Lee, Major Lee and Mercedes

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Ridgecrest Cemetery.
