

Scott had a deep love for the outdoors, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life, bonfires, nature, and the charm of small-town living. His devotion to his family was unwavering, and he cherished the time spent with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Samuel and Mary Collins; his mother, Marsha Anne Collins; and his sister, Leanne Collins.
Scott is survived by his devoted wife, Connie Collins; his parents, Robert and Anne Collins; his brother, Bobby Hill; and his sisters, Teressa Brown and Jana Foster (Joe). He leaves behind his daughters, Brandy “Sissy” Burse (Patrick) and Kim Allen; his son, Robert “Steven” Collins (Tiffanie); and his cherished grandchildren, Bailey “baby girl” Meyer (Alex), Shelby “half pint” Burse (Destiny), Dalton “lil man” Burse, Kyle “punkin” Collins, Kylee “baby sister” Collins, and Ford “bugs” Collins.
Services to honor Scott’s life will be held on Friday, January 17, at 12:00 PM at George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, January 16, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. A committal service will follow at New Union Cemetery.
Scott’s love for the simple life and his enduring legacy of devotion to his family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
