He was born on July 10, 1955, in Lauderdale County, Tennessee, to the late Junior and Ruth Ann Williamson. Ronnie was a skilled craftsman who worked for many years as a cabinet maker and brick mason. He was a member of Madison Hall Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Eugene Williamson.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Ann Williamson; his son, Ronnie Williamson, Jr. (Amy Lachae); his grandchildren, Dalton Englet (Samantha Englet), Madison Williamson, Rebecca Williamson, and Jordan Williamson-Gantt (Brian Gantt Jr.); his great-grandchildren, Eimhearsten (Emmy) Alaska Leigh Williamson, John-Luke Edward Englet, and Brixx Patrick Gantt.; and his sister Ruby Margaret Taylor (Margie).
A service celebrating Ronnie’s life will be held from 10 am to 12 noon on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons. Burial will follow at Big Springs Cemetery in Medon, TN.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until the time of the service.
