He was born November 1, 1946 to the late Moody Edward and Ruthie-Mae Mildred (Jernigan) Kirk. Ronnie graduated from Selmer High School. He shared 18 loving years with Mildred Griswell of Henderson, TN.
He was survived by his brother, Robert E. Kirk; a son, Ronnie E. Kirk, Jr. and daughter, Deedra Y. (Kirk) Doumitt. Ronnie shared many joys with his 8 grandchildren: Isaac, Alek, Nicholas, Max, Daniel-James, and Joshua Doumitt; as well as Zachary and Christopher.
We are grateful for his service to our country in the United States Air Force.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2013 from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at the south location of George A. Smith & Sons Funeral Home.
