Travis Daniel Pillow

Mr Pillow passed away on Monday October 21, 2013 after a lengthy illness. Memorial services will be held on Thursday the 24th at 3:00 pm at the South chapel of George A Smith and Sons Funeral home with Dignity Memorial Celebrant L. Shane Robinson officiating.

Travis was born in Carroll county Tennessee to the late Ezra and Rosa Pillow. He graduated from Humboldt High school and Tennessee Polytech Institute in Cookville. During his working career he was the owner operator of the Town and Country Grocery on East Chester in Jackson for 32 years until his retirement.

He is survived by 2 sons, Daniel Pillow of Jackson and Greg Pillow of Beech Bluff and their mother Nora Pillow; 4 brothers, Clifton Pillow (Doris); Herman Pillow (Betty); Bennie Pillow; David Pillow (Janice); and 2 sisters Betty VanWhy (Morris) and Margaret Middleton. Travis was preceded in death by 3 brothers Clyde Pillow, Lyle Pillow and Bobby Pillow and 1 sister Mattie Jo Knox.
