In loving memory of Francisco De Leon, a man that wore various hats to many. He devoted 23 years to the United States Marine Corps, retiring as SgtMaj In 1996. He served his community everyday since, doing anything he possible could to give back to those in need. He made his vision come true by opening up his international store Mi Casita to running the Hispanic Resource Center. He was a “jack of all trades” and if he couldn’t do it he definitely knew someone who could. Most importantly, he was a devoted dad, a proud grandpa, a supporting brother, and a loving son. We will always say see you later but not goodbye.
Francisco is preceded in death by his loving wife Alma De Leon and brother, Danny De Leon.
He is survived by three daughters; Michelle De Leon-Sberna, Krisanda De Leon, Christina Anderson, all of Jacksonville, mother, Elisena De Leon, three brothers; David De Leon, James John De Leon, Ricardo De Leon, three sisters, Diana Perez, Minerva Parton of, Elisena Longoria of, eleven grandchildren; Tyler Ross, Xavier Ross, Shawn De Leon, Christopher Sberna, Rashard Anderson, Angelina Ross, Rahlai Anderson, Patricia Anderson, Raymond Anderson, Alana Mosely, Alma-Sky De Leon, two great grandchildren, Andre Underwood, and Jordan Ross.
