Addilyn Grace Spann, 2 years of age, passed away peacefully on Friday November 16, 2018 at Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida surrounded by her parents and brothers.
Addilyn was born on May 23, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida to parents Chris and Jennifer Spann. She was a beautiful blonde hair blue eyed baby girl. Her smile was contagious and everyone who met her instantly fell in love with sweet Addie. She loved Minnie Mouse, Doc McStuffins, Disney Princesses and watching children’s YouTube videos. She loved swinging on her play set and going for walks. She loved singing nursery rhymes and playing games. She recently got her own little cash register where everything was $5 to her.
Addilyn is survived by her parents Chris and Jennifer Spann; her brothers, Matthew and Tyler Spann; her maternal grandparents, Patrick and Gloria Smith; her paternal grandmother, Diane Spann; her uncle, and aunt, Chris and Angie Arrich; cousins, Ethan and Lily Arrich; her uncle and aunt, Richard Reid and Angelique Pouliot; cousins, Brooke and Mason Reid; her uncle, Paul Spann; cousins, Emily and Brooklyn; along with numerous other family and friends.
Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Christ’s Church Mandarin Campus at 10 a.m. with Pastor Frank Ciresi of University Church officiating. Family will receive friends and loved ones starting at 9 a.m. A graveside service will immediately follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
