Dolph Ageloff passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016. He was born on December 5, 1932 in Brooklyn, NY. How do you put in words a husband of 64 years and a loving father of 3? What do you say about a person who dressed in a chicken outfit to build a business? People will choose to remember him as they see fit. His family chooses to remember him as a man who would help you when you were down and a man who never met a stranger. From the Air Force to the Chicken Man to his charitable work, he lived his life with no regrets and made the most of his 83 years. He is survived by his wife Peggy, his children, Amy and Stephen Gately of Atlanta, GA; Shari and Paul Stoff of Jacksonville; Evan and Sandy Ageloff of Long Beach, CA; grandchildren, Alli, Joshua, and Danielle Gately of Atlanta, GA. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at noon at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin.
