I have now worked for Albert s family company for close to 20 years.
I was privileged to meet him a handful of times when he came from Florida to visit the office and warehouse in Brooklyn .
You could tell that this was a man who commanded respect wherever and with whomever that he encountered. It is no surprise that his family has a pristine reputation both in the business community and the close knit Ramallah family.
May Albert rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to Albert Bateh's family. I did not get the opportunity to know him the way everyone else has, but anytime and every time he has seen me he always greeted me with warm kind words. My family and I had the utmost respect for him and he will greatly be missed. He was a savvy business man, wise, kind and generous. He loved his family, Palestinian community and took an active interest in educational fund raising for Palestinian college students. Anyone who was lucky enough to be in his presence understands the impact of this loss. Rest In Peace and my your wife, children and grandchildren take comfort in the legacy you left behind.

I was blessed and privileged to know Albert my entire life and the memories I cherish are times our families spent together from Brooklyn to Jacksonville with conventions, family weddings, and holidays in between! Other than my father and his brother, Umo Essa, Albert is the one man who captured my heart like no other! Behind a great man is an even greater woman, Alberts beautiful wife, Janan! She, along with her lovely four children, will continue Alberts legacy as we make new memories together as family. It certainly won't be the same but Albert will still be with us in each of our hearts talking about our fun memories of this gentle giant! I will love Albert forever❣💔⚘

Khalti Hilaneh was always a blessing and breath of fresh air for our family and I believe my cousin Albert inherited those genes from her. Albert was a great role model for me, his generosity and unselfish giving will never be forgotten. He loved and valued family very much and was a champion for his church and faith; sometimes stubbornly so. Albert was always a joy to be around and his wit and great sense of humor brought smiles and laughter to gatherings small and large. The way he lived his life and the way he preached the gospel without words was an inspiration to me and helped me in confirming the decision to start Heart of Mercy International. His good name, good works and memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew him.
Rest in peace, Albert.

Numbers 6:24-26
24. "The Lord bless you and keep you;"
25. "The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26. "The Lord lift up his countenance on you and give you peace."

My father, Suheil first introduced me to Albert (Abdallah was the name he used) in 1987 when I became the Federation Educational Secretary. Albert was a member of the scholarship committee. My dad whispered to me if you want your job to be easy, always listen to Abdallah as he gives good advice. If you don’t listen he will explain to you with many reasons why you are wrong. I always tried to listen to Abdullah, his advice and counsel will be missed. May his memory be eternal.

Very sad to know of the passing of our dear Albert. MY deep condolences . My heart and thoughts are with you in these sad days. Loss is very difficult, but the consolation is that Albert is resting in peace, God bless his soul!
What remains are the beautiful memories that will remain with you for ever to share.
I will fondly remember Albert he was like a dear brother, his warmth, kindness and generouity were very heart warming.
Albert enthusiasm to support initiatives in memory of his brother in law / my husband Hanna Mikhail reflected his big heart, his love of the family and his love of Palestine!
