Alexander "Alex" Ronald Karchaske, Jr., 47, of Callahan, FL passed away June 18, 2020 following a lengthy illness. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 21, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Callahan, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Alex's name be made to the Kidney Foundation or Diabetes Foundation.
