Allaghene Kelly DeLoach, of Lake Panasofkee, Florida, beloved wife, mother and friend, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2010; she was 91. Allaghene (Jean) was the third of ten children born to Thomas and Viola Kelly, on July 19, 1919 in Jacksonville, Florida. She left the earth with the same grace, dignity and joy with which she exhibited her entire life. Jean led a beautiful life of Christian service until the very day she passed. A loving mother and wife, Jean and Jimmy raised one son, Jimmy Jr. who both preceded her in death. Jean was an accomplished entertainer who put others' life to music at the pian. A fountain of everflowing optimism and laughter, she could always be counted on for a spontaneous story or antedote. She leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, as well as numerous friends who will surely miss such a special lady, none more so than her devoted sister, Jacqueline Kelly, who lovingly managed her affairs and looked after her every need. Brother and sister family members who predeceased her were Ethel David, Margaret Williams, Thomas Kelly Jr., James Kelly, Dorothy Kelly, Francis Kelly, Daniel Kelly, and Sandra Steen. A memorial celebration of Life Service graveside will be held on November 20, 2010 at Greenlawn Cemetery, in the gardens of the Last Supper, Jacksonville, Florida at 3pm with Rev. John Miller, officiating. We gratefully as those wishing to make a gift in honor of Jean DeLoach be given to the Sunset Hospice, Sumpterville, Florida.
