Angel Ricardo Fernandez, 37, passed away Wednesday, April, 13, 2017 at his home of unknown causes. He was a world traveler. Angel was 17 when he began to climb the structure of the Eiffel Tower until security politely asked him to come down. On a trip to Paris he taught his tour guide to never set a meeting next to the red light district. He totaled his parents’ car in the Netherlands. At 20 he played paintball with his friends during a tour through historical landmarks in Spain and ran with the bulls. While living in Germany for five years, he visited as many pubs as possible and celebrated Oktoberfest. Angel was an avid cook and worked in the kitchen at Lake Chiemsee Restaurant in the foothills of the Alps. He is survived by his paternal grandparents, Angel Leonides and Monserrate Fernandez; his maternal grandmother, Allene McCullough; parents Angel Hiram and Alma Fernandez; three younger sisters Angela Juarez, Allene and Anna Fernandez; two nephews Benny and Julian Juarez, and numerous cousins. Angel will always be remembered as the fun uncle.
