Anita Luisa Perez

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Anita Perez on September 1st, 2024, at the age of 46. Born on July 4th, 1978 at St Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. Anita filled our lives with love from the moment she came into the world.

Anita loved listening to music. Some of her favorites included songs from Andrea Bocelli, Anne Murray, Chicago, The Beach Boys, and The Bee Gees, just to name a few.

Anita is survived by her mother, Antonietta Perez; father, Marco Perez and his spouse, Jackie Perez; brother, Marc Perez; aunt, Rosaria Eagerton; and several cousins, including Norma Lewis, Donnie Davis, Yolanda Gomez, Cris Sanchez, Cristina Consales, Oreste Consales, Rosanna Consales, and many others.

The Perez family wishes to thank all those who helped us, including Norma Lewis, Rosaria Eagerton, Life Care Center of JAX and San Jose Catholic Church in the past few years. Your support has meant the world to us all.

A celebration of life for Anita will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 8:30 AM at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223. Following the celebration of life will be a graveside service at 11 AM at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218. All friends and family are welcome and appreciated.
