Ann Haff

Haff, Ann Moon, age 70, passed away on December 23, 2012 after a lengthy illness. A memorial service for Ann will be scheduled at a later date. Ann was a 1960 graduate of Shelby County High School in Columbiana, AL. She and Larry married in 1964 and settled in Jacksonville in 1976 and raised their family. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Vonzell Goodwin Moon; a sister, Jane Moon McDaniel and a brother, Charles Henry Moon. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Larry Haff; children, Michael (Donna) Haff, David (Leticia) Haff, Paula Haff (Robert) Frazier; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Nan Moon Lanoue (Ann's twin), Patricia Moon and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Northeast Florida Community Hospice, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, FL 32257.
