Anne Elizabeth Mathis, 77, passed away June 9, 2017 in Lakeland, FL. She was born in Stuckey, GA on January 11, 1940 to the late Annie and Grover Cleveland Rhodes. Anne will be remembered for being a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bobby Wayne Mathis.
Anne is survived by her sons, Bobby Mathis and Cleveland Mathis; daughters, Debbie Angevine and Karren Cornelius; grandchildren, B.J. Angevine, Ashley Strandberg, Amber Mathis, Taylor Cornelius, Emily Cornelius, and Jeremy Mathis; and great-grandson, Maximiliano Betancourt.
