Anne Sandlin Melton

Anne Sandlin Melton at the age of 80 years, passed away on September 26,2017 at Westminster Woods. Anne was the devoted wife of her high school sweetheart and lifetime soul mate, Morrison Melton. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Anne had a career in Jacksonville as a Real Estate Broker and served as the President of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors. Anne was a member of South Jax Presbyterian Church. Anne was a champion bridge player in the Jacksonville Area. Anne and the entire family enjoyed annual vacations to Lake Lure, North Carolina.

Anne is predeceased in death by her husband, Morrison Melton; and her mother, Grace Faulk. She is survived in death by her daughter, Leslie Luck; son, Tom Melton (wife Shawn Melton); sister, Donna Barcia; sister-in-law, Patricia Browning; grandchildren, Kirsten Garza, Stuart Luck, Patrick Boyd, Bryant Melton, Caitlin Melton, and Weston Melton.

In lieu of flowers donations to the National Parkinson Foundation will be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Hardage Giddens Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32207, where a Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 11:00am, followed by a committal service in Oaklawn Cemetery, and a reception for family and guests.
