Annette Cecilia Chapman-Morales

Annette Cecilia Chapman-Morales, born on June 5, 1964 in Portsmouth, VA passed away peacefully on November 13. She was a native of Jacksonville, a graduate of Raines High School, attended Florida State University, Edwards College and earned a Masters Degree in Education from Liberty University. She was a veteran of the U.S Army. Annette worked in the corporate world for many years and later found her calling as a Special Education Teacher. Annette was married to Miguel Morales for ten years and was blessed with two lovely children. She is survived by her parents, Mark and Mildred Chapman, her children, Miguel and Elizabeth, brothers, Mark Chapman III (Marti), and Martin Chapman, her sisters, Margie Dobson (Wayne), Anita Chapman and Camilla Collins, as well as many beloved family members and a host of treasured friends. Her relationship with God was strong. She had complete faith and trust in the Lord. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 18th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, followed by interment in Edgewood Cemetery, 4519 Edgewood Dr., Jacksonville.
