She was born on February 27, 1963 in Jacksonville, FL to Robert Edward Sr. and Dixie David. Ms. David has been a life-long resident of Jacksonville.
She is survived by a daughter Jessica Marie David of Jacksonville, FL, a son Bobby Joe Hyatt III of Jacksonville, FL, one brother, Michael Emory David of GA, and two sisters,, Cindy L Dalager of Jacksonville, FL and Loretta David of St. Augustine, FL.
A Celebration of Annette’s Life will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, 2:30pm at the Hardage-Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207.
