Arthur Joseph Ballas "Joe"

Joe worked for Heinz Portion Control for 12 years prior to his passing. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army in January 1974. Joseph was also an Organ Donor, the doctors where able to use his Cornea’s in order to help 2 people in need.

He is survived by his sister, Maria B Simmons and Brother Thomas Ragan Ballas. His Niece Heather, 2 Nephews Jack and Ed, 9 Great Nieces and Nephews and 1 Great Great Niece. Joe will be Greatly missed by his family and friends.

Graveside Services will be held on December 14th at 1pm at Greenlawn Cemetary, 4300 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32207
