He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Cissie. His passing will be mourned by his loving wife Wanda, daughter Jana (Kim), son Joey (Donna), four grandchildren: Josh, Rebecca (Corey), Bonnie, and Bryce, two great grandchildren: Cecilia and Sophia, sister Helen Kosin, two step-sons: Chad (Crystal), and Daniel (Judy), and a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation for Arthur will be held Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Hardage - Giddens Greenlawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32207, followed by a funeral service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
