Bayard Thomas Dawson, 71, passed away on October 14, 2012. Tom was born in Miami, FL to the late Bayard William and Florence Hecht Dawson. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Tom was a veteran of the US Army. He was a Realtor in the Miami area before becoming a Mortgage Broker and was a past member of the Perrine Cutler Ridge Kiwanis Club.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Mary C. Dawson; son, Billy Dawson (Faith); daughter, Marilee Chwast (Gary); and grandchildren, Madison, Mitchell, Caitlyn and Dylan.
A Funeral Service will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27th in St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, 1221 State Road 13, St. Johns, FL 32259 with The Rev. Michael Snider as Officiant.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tom’s name may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
