Born on April 30, 1940, Bertha’s life reflected steadfast devotion to those she loved, and she will be remembered with enduring respect and gratitude.
She is survived by her children, Joseph M. Wise (Lou) of Chesapeake, Virginia; Linda Small of Jacksonville, Florida; and Ella Mae Marlow (Odie) of Columbus, Ohio, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bertha was preceded in death by her sons, Jerry Arnett, James Arnett, and Robert Wise.
Her memory will remain a lasting presence in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
