Betty Jo was born in Dixie, Georgia, on August 28th, 1933 to Coy Clyde and Correan Wade Hall. Betty Jo married Gordon “Sonny” Cregg Sr. on March 28th, 1951. Betty Jo retired as Vice President from Bisbee Baldwin. Betty Jo was an active member of Mandarin Baptist Church for many years. Betty Jo loved her gardens, hiking, traveling, hosting Holiday meals and being with Friends and Family. Betty Jo often hosted Friends and Family at her Mountain home and loved every moment.
Betty Jo is predeceased by her parents; Coy and Correan, and her Husband of 71 years, Gordon “Sonny” Cregg Sr. Betty is survived by her Son; Gordon J Cregg Jr (Nancy), her daughter; Joni C Raye (Roger), her Grandchildren, Joseph S Cregg, Angela R Whitten (Robert), Christopher G Cregg, Melissa Rickus (Tracey) and a host of siblings, Great and Great Great Grandchildren.
