

Funeral services for Betty Sobel Moss who passed away June 15 2014
will be held Monday, June 16 2014 at 12 noon, graveside at Beth Shalom Section of Evergreen Cemetery (Gate #5). with Rabbi Jesse M. Olitzky and Cantor Richard Browdy officiating. Mrs. Moss was born in London, Ontario, Canada, attended schools in Jacksonville and was a longtime resident. She was co-owner of The Young Men's Shop which operated for many years in Downtown Jacksonville. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Rudy Moss. Survivors include 1 daughter Deanna Lissner(Michael) and 1 son, Stephen Moss (Rhoda) of Boca Raton, FL., 4 granddaughters, Shannon Green (Kevin) of Tacoma, WA., Suzi Bernard (Ed) of Savannah, GA., Sheri Williamson (Wayne), and Staci Barnett (Jeff) and 4 great-grandchildren, Rebecca and Annabelle Barnett and Tyler and Andrew Williamson as well as many devoted and loved nieces and nephews. The family extends sincere gratitude to all her caregivers especially Thera James who was a devoted friend as well.
