Bonnie Sue Aspinwall

Bonnie was born on March 3, 1938, in Baxley, GA to George Stone and Jessie Mae Hardwick Stone. She moved to Jacksonville, FL in her early 20s where she met and married Donald G. Aspinwall. her husband for over 56 years before his passing in 2017. Bonnie was a homemaker and worked off and on as a bank teller. In her 30s Bonnie accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She spent many years serving Him and others in her church. She was a faithful Sunday School teacher, friend, and encourager.

Bonnie is survived by her two daughters Debra Dennis and Kimberly Escobar. Her five grandchildren Stephen, Monica, Jessica, Rebecca, and Emmanuel. Her 5 great grandchildren Jake, Luna, Ellianna, Logan, and Giavanna. Her brother Wymon Stone and sister, Brenda Callaway as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home at 940 Cesery Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL. Services will be Wednesday morning at 11:00 on October 2, 2024, as Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home. Bonnie will join her husband and be laid to rest in the National Cemetery on Lannie Road in Jacksonville, FL at 2:00 following the service.
