

After graduating high-school, Bonnie was a successful, independent businesswoman, owning the Vanity Fair Beauty Shop in Newport News Virginia. After marrying, Bonnie relocated with her husband to Jacksonville, where she spent the majority of her adult life raising and caring for her family. She enjoyed her church, gardening, and doting over her children,grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Norman. She is survived by her sister, Jeanette Peacock (Sonny) of Altha, Florida, daughter, Norma Aspinall (George), son, Charles, Grandson, Jamie Aspinall (Ricki), Granddaughter, Dawn Thomas (Greg) and great-granddaughters, Brittany and Morgan Thomas.
Bonnie’s family would like to thank the staff of St. Catherine’sLaboure Manor and Community Hospice for her outstanding care.
Graveside services will be held at Riverside Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 11, 2013 from 6-8pm at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 729 S. Edgewood Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to St. Catherine’s Laboure Manor or Community Hospice of Northeast Florida.
