

Carl was retired US Navy after 21+ years, formerly employed by RCA and the City of Jacksonville. He was a member of FRA #126; VFW Member Post 7909; American Legion Lakeshore Post 137; Boy Scouts of America Troop 304; Wesconnett Lodge No. 297; and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He favored the Salvation Army, Catholic Charities and St. Jude Childrens Hospital as his charities of choice.
Carl was predeceased at birth by his mother M. Fay Williams, Carl G. Williams, Sr., Stepmother Estelle Williams and great-grandson Gabriel Williams. Survived by his beloved wife of 63+ years, Celine M. Wittman Williams; 6 children - Kathleen Roberts; Carl G. Williams, III (Susan); M. Fay Orton (George); Fred Williams (Michele); Erik Williams (Rhonda) and Matthew Williams; 16 Grandchildren; 17 Great-Grandchildren and 2 soon to come.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home 5753 Blanding Blvd. Jax. Fl 32244, where a visitation and prayer service will be held Tuesday March 17 2015 from 6-8 PM
A Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday March 18, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 11 AM followed by interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
