

CAROLE ANN REAVIS - Carole Ann Reavis, 77, died of natural causes May 29, 2022, at home surrounded by loved ones. She was born January 3, 1945, in Norfolk, VA, the daughter of William and Elizabeth Jackson. Carole married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Benjamin Reavis and later settled in Jacksonville, FL. They celebrated 33 years of marriage prior to Benjamin’s passing in 2000. Known to all as “Nana”, she made everyone feel incredibly loved and never met a stranger. She had a true passion and love for theatre, Broadway, Elvis, her family and friends, and her faith.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers Mark and Billy Jackson. Survived by her brother Ray Jackson (Dianna); daughters, Christine Cox (Jerry); Heather Armstrong (Jim); her son, Michael Reavis (Stephanie); ten grandchildren; Brayden Cox, Kailey Cox, Anna Marie Mclean, Austin Reavis, Katherine Reavis, Madyson Reavis, Ashlyn Newmans, Kailyn Newmans, Chase Newmans, Nicholas Stenvold; her Aunt Patsy Tibbets, Uncle Bernard Tibbets and many cousins.
A viewing and receiving of friends will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 pm Friday, June 17, 2022, with a service of remembrance following from 6:00 -7:00 pm both at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin, 11801 San Jose Blvd. Jacksonville, FL 32223.
There will be a celebration of life held Saturday, June 18, 2022, from 12:00 – 3:00 pm at 1955 Web Foot Place, St. Johns, FL 32259.
A Mass Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on August 5, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church's Mariam Center, 11757 Old St Augustine Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32258 with burial immediately following.
