HART – Carolyn Frances Hart, 74, passed away in Jacksonville, Florida on Wednesday morning, May 23, 2018 with her devoted daughter Mishele by her side. Carolyn was born on February 26, 1944 in Newark, New Jersey to John Dlugosz and Frances Ziomek Dlugosz. She had a long successful career in the mortgage banking industry and was a very active member of her church. She mentored and supported many women to be successful in business. She is survived by her mother, Frances Dlugosz; two daughters, Mishele Hart Lambert and Tiffany Hart; one sister, Eileen Raj (Richard) and three grandchildren, Bella, Luke and Kyle Lambert. Following her career, Carolyn retired to be with her grandchildren whom loved and adored her. She was a wonderful daughter, loving mother and fabulous grandmother. She will be missed dearly. There was a funeral Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Community Hospice.
