Carolyn Jeanette Whitehead

Carolyn was a woman who truly lived life. She had a deep passion for traveling, creating memories, and simply having a good time. Whether she was surrounded by family or laughing with friends, she brought light into every space she entered. She had a natural way of making people feel seen, accepted, and loved for exactly who they were.

To know Carolyn was to know kindness. She was sweet, loving, and had a heart big enough to hold everyone. Many would describe her as a soul too good for this world gentle, genuine, and full of warmth that could be felt instantly. She carried a spirit that made people feel at home.

Carolyn was a beloved daughter, a devoted mother, a cherished sister, a loving aunt, and a loyal friend. The roles she held in her family were not just titles they were reflections of the love she gave so freely.

She is survived by her son and daughter, who will continue to carry her love, strength, and spirit with them every day.

Carolyn’s presence was a gift, and her absence will be deeply felt. But the memories she created, the love she gave, and the lives she touched will remain forever.

Visitation will be held at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223, US, on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 11801 San Jose Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32223, US, on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
